I’m sure struggling with this whole motivation thing…It’s been raining, it’s been too hot, I’m too heavy so it’s hard to move, my Achilles is killing me so I’m not walking (which I really like to do).  I’ve got a million of them, but none of them are really good enough.

I have started a yoga class, which I’m enjoying.  Tonight is the third meeting (we only meet once a week).  I’m not noticing any improvement in any area I’d like to target but I’m also learning the poses and am working on using proper form.  Our instructor will be giving us a list of what we’ve been doing in class so that we can practice at home.  I’m sure that I will notice improvement then.
