Have any of you done, or thought about doing, a detox?  This morning I’m reading the March 2012 issue of  Natural Health Magazine.  Page 62 is an article about detox (aka cleansing).  Basically, you follow the program by eliminating “the big five” foods (animal products, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, and gluten) for three weeks.  It looks fabulous.   I’ve often thought about doing a cleanse and I’d really like to do this one.  I believe that Clare, the vegan expert in the family, will have to relocate to my house for a while.  She’d be an awesome detox buddy 🙂
