Remember this FREE DVD I received for subscribing to Prevention Magazine?  OMG!  I just looked.  I got this in AUGUST!!!  (Look what I’ve missed out on).  Well, I dusted it off this morning and did The Accelerated Workout.  Only 15 minutes of cardio, but I felt like I got more out of that than my regular walk to the office.  Tomorrow, The Body-Shaping Workout!!!
