Have you ever heard of this diet concept?  You don’t actually eat standing on your head, or anything like that.  The idea is to change your eating habits for a more efficient use of your food intake.  Like this:  You begin your day with what would normally be your supper.  Your body has been at rest for a long time.  It’s ready for a good hearty meal, one with lots of protein.  Then you’ll eat your regular lunch.  Finally, end your day with a breakfast, ie:  fruit, grains, etc.  It all falls back on the older concept of eating breakfast as a king, lunch as a prince, and ending your day as a pauper.  Whatever idea helps you keep on track, is worth the time to think about it.  Bon appetit!
