It’s not going so hot, but currently I’m only two cigarettes in…

I left home in a hurry this morning and forgot my shaker and my shake mix so I didn’t eat anything all day, the problem there is, I did take my vitamins before I left the house, planning on having my first shake on the way to work.  No so groovy.  Most of those vitamins I take are fat soluble, so I got sick.  To make up for it I took advantage of the fact that my work will feed me for a dollar.  Today we got a salad, chocolate milk, cauliflour and broccoli, and mac n cheese. Oh and boston cream pie.  So exercising zero willpower I ate all of it.  I’m haveing a sever grrrr moment about the whole entire situation. 

I didn’t get to take my lunch break either, did I mention that? So I’ve had literally no work-out time at all today.  No run in the morning, or yoga, because I over slept.  No walk at 4 because I got no lunch break.  I’m peeved.  I don’t know if I will be able to do anything when I get home or not, but I think once our paychecks start coming in and I can afford my gas to go to work, I will route the monies that I make at biolife into some sort of YMCA or WAC membership.  Somewhere I can work-out on my own, swim, play raquette ball, and take classes. 

I’ve been thinking about some goals that will work for me and this is what I’ve come up with:

Ultimate Weight Loss: 60 Lbs.  That would put me roughly at 140 lbs, and I don’t think that is any kind of un-realistic.  I also feel like I should be able to accomplish that by December 31, 2012.

First Sub Loss: 10 lbs by September 30, 2011, to put me at 190 lbs.

Second Sub Loss: 10 lbs by October 31, 2011, to put me at 180 lbs.

Third Sub Loss: 5 lbs by November 30, 2011, to put me at 175 lbs.

Fourth Sub Loss: 5 lbs by December 31, 2011, to put me at 170 lbs.  New weight loss goals will be determined at this time.

Zero Smokes by September 30, 2011. Period End.

MINIMUM of 30 minutes of cardio per day, no matter what, through September 30, 2011. More fitness goals to be added at this time (this will not include my runs, yoga, and walks)

I need to pick a free-day too, I think I’m going to choose Sunday because Rocky and I will both have that day off together, so the likelyhood of us going out to eat is higher.

I’ve been doing a little research, and I am going to plan on not exceeding 1,200 calories a day for the time being.  It shouldn’t be too difficult, simply because my Ideal Protein keeps me at around 500 calories per day on level 1. 

I have some clothes that I’d like to fit into again, so I think that I’m going to post some pictures to keep me motivated into fitting into them.

The next set of goals I need to hash out are depression issue goals, but I don’t quite know what to do about those yet.
