I woke up early this morning with the intention of starting my running routine again.  It works out a lot better for me seeing as I don’t have to be to work until 11 or 10 if I’m feeling up for it.  That gives me plenty of time to get my running done and still do an hours worth of yoga and not have to worry about the She Beast from the West having an episode about how I keep her up at night for one reason or another. 

It was a good idea in theory, I just didn’t account for the fact that I’ve been fighting this cruddy cold for the last few days.  So my thirty minute run turned into a fifteen minute jaunt, because my lungs were tearing themselves apart from the inside out.

I did get started back on the Ideal Protien Shake Diet today and so far it has not been difficult.

I walked for fourty minutes on my lunch break which equaled out to be around 38 blocks.

My other goal for today was to jump back on the controlling the smoking thing.  My goal for the day was not to exceed three.  As of 4 o’clock, I’ve already had three, which is a bummer, but if I don’t go over five I will be okay with that.  It’s once I get over five a day that I start feeling terribly addicted.  Right now I don’t usualy go over five anyway, since I don’t work at the bar.

Is anyone else still keeping up on this?  I lost my motivation for a while, but I’m getting it back, because I refuse to sit around waiting to not be fat.  I want to lose 30Lbs by the end of the year, and I’m not chopping a leg off in order to do that!
