So… what happened was – on Tuesday we started over on our c25k routine.  This time using an app that provides tones When its time to change pace.

Week 1:
5 minute warm up
Alternate 60 seconds of jogging with 90 seconds of walking for 20 minutes
5 minute cool down

Whoops. Before I had us jogging 90 and walking 60. Mwuah hahahahaaaa!!!
