I was so excited to add some extra distance to my regular route to work. I actually thought I was adding a mile, when in fact, I only added .82 mile. Oh well, it is extra distance and burned extra calories. I really like the Map My Route feature on SparkPeople. I have several routes saved so I can add those to my Tracker.

The morning has been very cool, and I feel like I move pretty quickly. Maybe I do, but it calculates out to about 3.5 mph. That’s just fine for now. I’m proud that I was able to do that. It’s been a year since I’ve walked that route. Keepin’ On!
