Since I’ve been back from Las Vegas (city of gaining 10 lbs…no, I’m not bitter, why do you ask?) I’ve started Tai Chi again, followed by 20 minutes of the elliptical. It’s twice a week. Hopefully, I’ll get motivated to do the elliptical more but Tai Chi is only twice weekly.

Yesterday I went in and the instructor is also a physical therapist, she saw me walking oddly and mentioned it and I pointed to my ankles and she said “ahhh, glad you’re here then”. Most of the exercises for the class were ankle strength and balance. It was good for me, but it was painful.

I *think* my ankles are down a little bit, but not sure. I’ve been watching the sodium intake but I’m drinking an awful lot of soda’s again. I have to switch back to water again.
