It’s been almost a week since we started this blog.  Holy Cow!  We started off like someone shot the gun at a track meet.  I’m as much to blame as everyone else.   I really enjoy reading all the posts and comments.  I get on here as much as I do FaceBook anymore.

So, is anyone getting discouraged any about results they’re not seeing yet?  I sure am.  I don’t necessarily expect that I should realize miracles, but I’d like to see a couple of pounds off the scale, or be able to zip my pants without laying on the bed.

I took a look at Week 1 of the C25K program.  I’m thinking I might be able to do it, with some modification of speed.  You know, like power-walking instead of jogging.  Do you think that would work?  I realize I’m not really focusing on running a 5K, just getting some extra uumph from my workouts.  Perhaps stepping it up a bit will help the results.

I’m still struggling with being hungry after a meal.  Even if I gorge myself, I can always eat more.

Feeling pretty blah right now.
