I’ve been thinking that I might enjoy doing some sort of yoga.  LOL  it seems that I always want to do “some sort of _____”.  Anyways, I’ve been talking to Sarah and Clare a bit about what type they practice and what they might recommend for me.   Again, timely things happen.  This morning I found this article on FaceBook and the Couch-5k-Running Plan.  Amazingly, it seems that everyone would benefit from yoga.  I have a couple of DVDs, Easy Pilates, and Yoga & Pilates I think I’ll dust them off and see if I can get something from them.
