BUT! I know that will take time, and after tonight’s run I feel quote motivated.
George and I had an excellent run. We did have to ghetto time it with 30 second intervals. We learned a lot about the great route we chose to take, and there is a slim chance Tasena will be joining us for the rest of our trek. :):):)
I got George to do my yoga with me. He’d never done it before and he loved it. How exciting!
I can’t wait for Wednesday!
I think on my alternative days to c25k I’m going to do Pilates.
Yay!

Something I forgot to add:
Jeremy warned me tonight would suck so I was prepared, but it went a lot better than I anticipated. I didn’t actually start feeling that awful side pain until the second to the last 90 second jogging burst. Of course my hips and knees are killing me but I knew that would happen.

When it says jog, it doesn’t mean run as fast as you can. Just go from your walking pace to a jogging pace. You may also want to start listening to one of the podcasts on the C25K site. I use Podrunner Intervals because it has music and I run alone. The first one listed (Robert Ullrey’s) just has tones when it’s time to change. You may want that one so you can just have one earbud in and can hear the tone while you run with George.

Oh, and I’m doing Wii Fit Plus on my off-nights. At least a half-hour of it.

Sarah and I want Blutooth earbuds so we can jam to the same playlists, but not have to run *right* next to one another.
